Edward Deignan

Vice President of Finance and Accounting of DOMH

Edward Deignan serves as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting for Dominari Holdings. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Broker-Dealers, Investment Advisory Firms, Private Equity, Insurance and Banking and Tech Startups. He has over 20 years of experience as a financial executive with expertise in financial and regulatory reporting, broker-dealer operations, taxation and risk management.

Prior to joining Dominari, Edward was active in the broker-dealer space serving as Controller at SI Securities, a division of Circle Internet Financial, Chief Financial Officer at Brendan E Cryan & Company, and Chief Financial Officer at Amundi Distributors, a division of Credit Agricole Bank. Edward has also worked in risk management at Santander Bank, investment advisory services at New York Life Securities and in the Controller’s Department at Prudential.

Edward is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a B.S in Accounting.

Mr. Deignan is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds series 27 and 99 securities licenses.
