Joe Lee serves as a Senior Vice President of Investments at Dominari Securities, specializing in Private Equity and Private Wealth Management. With deep expertise in investment strategy, portfolio management, and a keen eye for value creation, Joe excels in structuring and facilitating access to premier investment opportunities. His focus spans private placements, structured financings, Pre-IPO offerings, Unicorn investments, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), and bespoke wealth management solutions tailored for his UHNW clientele globally.

Before joining Dominari Securities, Joe held key positions at Morgan Stanley, where he and his team were honored as one of Forbes’ Best-In-State Wealth Management Teams for 2023, and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management where he drove sustainable growth and wealth preservation strategies by leveraging a deep understanding of market dynamics and a keen insight into alternative investments and tax-efficient strategies.

Joe earned his B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is an avid golfer and, above all, most proud of his loving wife and son.
