Mr. Cohen is serving as Managing Director of Private Equity and Investment Banking at Dominari Securities.
Prior to Dominari he was Managing Director at SternAegis Ventures. He has more than 25 years of investment banking and capital raising experience. He is a generalist by nature, with a specialty in the Healthcare and the Life Science sector, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and technology.
He began his career at Lehman Brothers where he was a member of the Hedge Fund and Banking Group. He graduated UCLA with a Finance degree.
Mr. Cohen is a FINRA registered representative and carries a Series 7 and 63 licenses. He currently holds a Board position at Candlewood Lake in Connecticut.
