Michael R. Schiavello serves as a Vice President for the Dominari Securities Investment Banking Team, specializing in Equity Capital Markets.
Michael’s experience includes successfully sourcing, structuring, and completing equity capital market transactions for private and public companies. He is responsible for origination and execution for many IPOs, Follow-On Offerings, private capital raises and Pre-IPO financings.
Michael Graduated from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Analytics in May 2021.
Michael holds the Series 7, and 79 licenses.
